Assembly Tech

Assembler - Lifter, Rocker, Belt Drive Departments

Are you detail-oriented and great with tools? Jesel is looking for a mechanically inclined Assembler to join our Lifter, Rocker, and Belt Drive Team! You’ll work hands-on assembling high-performance engine parts - roller lifters - rocker arms and Belt Drives.

Experienced CNC Machine Operators

Jesel Valvetrain is seeking full-time CNC machine operators in our milling, lathe, honing and grinding departments. Proficiency/experience with Mori-Seki CNC controls is a plus. Great pay, medical & dental, 401K, paid sick and vacation.

Valvetrain Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop rocker arm systems, shaft systems, lifters, and related valvetrain components

  • Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs

  • Analyze valvetrain geometry, motion, stiffness, durability, and manufacturability

  • Work closely with CNC manufacturing, prototype, and quality departments

  • Support dyno testing, track testing, and product validation

  • Collaborate with engine builders, racers, and OEM performance customers

  • Assist in troubleshooting and continuous product improvement

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)

  • Understanding of internal combustion engines and valvetrain dynamics

  • Experience with high-performance or racing engines preferred

  • Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Passion for motorsports and performance engineering is highly valued

Preferred Experience:

  • Rocker arm geometry

  • Camshaft and valve motion analysis

  • Spring loads and valvetrain harmonics

  • Materials and heat treatment knowledge

  • Prototype development and testing
